Beyond the HILLS in SIX DISTRICTS

The SPS INDIA Foundation empowers various communities, particularly tribal and local communities, through various developmental initiatives.

But today, its reach is beyond the hills. It has moved forward to multiple parts of Tamil Nadu. It has reached a wide variety of services in the deserving districts of Virudhunagar.

It was at the forefront during the floods in Tirunelveli and Thoothukudi districts along with Desai Foundation, our most valuable and trusted partner. There are programs in Namakkal and Salem districts too. We are adding on!

Our key activities remain the same as we keep expanding.

• Education: SPS India Foundation runs various educational programs like evening study centers, nursery training, and scholarships. They also advocate for girl child education and promote oratory skills among youth.
  
• Women Empowerment: The foundation supports women’s self-reliance through skill development programs, self-help groups (SHGs), and micro-entrepreneurship initiatives.
  
• Healthcare: SPS India Foundation has undertaken various healthcare initiatives like combating COVID-19, providing menstrual hygiene awareness, and organizing vaccination camps.
  
• Livelihood Development: The foundation offers skill-based training programs to equip individuals with employable skills and promote sustainable livelihood opportunities.
  
• Community Development: SPS India Foundation actively engages in community development projects like sanitation drives, environmental protection initiatives, and the promotion of cultural heritage.

The foundation collaborates with local partners and organizations to maximize the reach and impact of its programs. Overall, the SPS India Foundation plays a crucial role in uplifting marginalized communities in Tamil Nadu by providing them with access to education, healthcare, livelihood opportunities, and overall well-being only through their sponsors and partners.
